Skate Bats Halloween Camp

It’s at this time of the year our skate rats transform into skate bats …. Our favourite season is almost here and we’ve got a Halloween Skate Camp ready for your little monsters,

Jam packed with all the usual fun, from coaching & crafts to skate games and making new friends!

The day costs £60 and you can book directly online, you just need to sort a packed lunch and drop your little skate bat off at the door! (*If possible we request that parents leave them with us for the day, we find it helps with all the kids settling in - just let us know if you have any special requests or your child needs you to stay)

Welcoming the gloomy grey days! 🦇 SAVE THE DATE 🦇 Halloween lands on a Friday this year and we are planning an epic Halloween party! It’ll be free entry, bands, performances and a bunch of other surprises. Who doesn’t want to hang out in a spooky warehouse on devils night!!

We will also be holding a load of other events from pub quiz & night market to cinema in the bowl and costume making creative workshops …. Spook month is on 🐍🦇🪰🤘

RUMPUS ROOM WORKSHOPS! - FIRE & FLO

Our regulars will know Thom... pizza oven whizz and all round fire guy...well now’s your chance to pick his brains and learn from the best.

Come and get busy in a 4-hour hands on workshop where you’ll learn to light and maintain a wood fired oven, make pizza dough and cook pizza and flatbread. Includes a hot drink, kindling pack and your very own dough to take home plus plenty of pizza to eat. 🍕 🔥 🪵 🪓

September Sessions: SUNDAY SUNDAES

Summertime blues are made better with ice cream! We’re launching our new ice cream Sundaes this Sunday 🍒 Through September we’ve got sundae Sundays! Come on down, get yourself a delicious Sundae, From 1-5 you can help yourself to some crafty bits … we will supply pens, paper, colouring books and crayons 🖍️ come and have a doodle, switch off from the world for a bit and get yourself ready for the week with an afternoon of self care!
The cafe will be nice and cosy, with a specially curated playlist and drinks specials.

September Sessions: DIRTY FRIDAYS!

DIRTY FRIDAYS are here 🤟🏼🙌🏼 A menu dedicated to our delicious hand cut, double fried chips. We’re loading them up with your old favourites and some special new flavours! Come on down on Fridays from 6-9pm. @chickentoast26 will be curating the cafe tunes & @_mchmlc magicking up the best food in the diff. (Normal menu still on too - if you wanna add a burger!)
We’ve got a stack of board games on offer too, feel free to bring your own if you have favourites, grab a drink, get some grub and take over a table.

THE CRAFT INDIE NIGHT MARKETS DATE IS SET … GET IT IN YOUR DIARIES 20.10.25 6pm - 10pm in the Skatepark.

We are looking for masters of the dark arts. If you’re a creator, maker, potion master, poison plant grower, merch peddler, then get in touch. As long as you’re an independent and your offerings tie in with the alt universe then we would love to hear from you. This ones a popular one, so only applications from makers that fit the brief can be considered!

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN & CLOSE 22.09.25 Midnight!. We will contact all applicants to let you know if you’ve been successful in getting a spot this time around.

Stalls are £15 each - Sizes will vary slightly, but we will make sure you have what you need for your products/art, just let us know via email or in your application. Some Tables will be shared (as they are very long).

PLANTASIA .... THIS SUNDAY!

Join us on Sunday July 27th for our first ever PLANTASIA event. We’ve got a fantastic array of botanical stalls and workshops lined up. From home made remedies, to sun printing and terrarium building!, plus artists, jewellery makers and ceramicists, it’s going to be a super day.

We will be highlighting some of our gorgeous guests over the next couple of weeks. 🌺 🌱
There’s a plant based special menu from the kitchen & botanical cocktails on the bar - all accompanied by a forest of sounds from @adre.radio ❤️✌️

Lammas Supper, 4th August, 7pm

We’ve teamed up with Herbivore again to host another of our Celtic Calendar suppers.

This time we'll be celebrating Lammas, the first harvest, when a bounty of fruits and vegetables are ready to pick. Simon and Nia have created a delicious menu full of the joys of summer.

SUMMER SKATE RATS

We’re coming back with a sizzler! 2 Skate Camp days to choose from this August (get your tails on both sessions if you want to turbo charge it!)

£60 per day for coaching, fun, games, hanging out and art & craft fun! You just need to sort a packed lunch and drop your little skate rats off at the door, go have a spa day and relax, get some me time!

It’s nearly time for the Spring/Summer edition of our Night Market. We’ve got loads of lovely stalls, culinary delights being dreamed up in the kitchen, DJ caravan, a tarot reader and the best vibes.

Come on down and have a mooch! No tickets are needed; the skate park will still be open (normal session rules and fees apply).

Spring Menu Revamp!!

We’ve had a little revamp of our menu for the arrival of the Spring/Summer season - All the favourites are still there but with added oomph. Our Dirty Chips have been pimped up, and we’ve been listening to your feedback on the Ma’doner’ making sure you can have it just the way you want it!

We take time and pride in our food, making everything in-house - from our burgers and chips down to our burger sauces, buns and flatbread, slaw, onion rings, pickles… you name it, we make it!  We buy from local suppliers and make sure all our meat, cheese and eggs are organic.
